JGMI has been blessed with the leadership and presidency of Bishop.Dr.M.Abbas Joseph whose life is a living testimony to God’s presence and divine intervention in the life of the broken. Born in a middle class family, ignorant about the one true Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, the death of his beloved father left the family with no means of livelihood and even his relatives abandoned the family providing no help and completely outcasting them. While feeling hopeless and at the verge of committing suicide, a man was divinely inspired to enter his home, visit him, and make him visulaiize and understand the eternal love of Jesus Christ. Hence, at the age of 14, Rev.Dr.M.Abbas Joseph accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and savior. He completed his schooling under a Christian Organization after which he devoted his whole life to serve and work for the Lord Jesus Christ. For the last 40 years, by God’s abundant grace, he has been evangelizing day and night and preparing thousands of ministers and disciples for Jesus Christ by preaching the gospel.
